Adults only
The site is intended for adults aged 18 or over, or the higher legal age where local rules require it, because a casino floor is part of what it describes. The age check on the entry page is not decoration. Confirming your age falsely does not get you onto the casino floor: the doorman checks a physical document every time, and a refusal at the door is final.
No gambling is offered here
This is worth stating without any hedging. This website offers no gambling. There is no online casino, no game to play, no wager to place, no odds offered, no deposit, no withdrawal, no bonus and no player account. Nothing on these pages accepts money and nothing on them pays any out. The casino we describe is a land-based room inside a hotel, with dealers, tables, opening hours and a door with a doorman on it. If you want to play, you come to the building in person and show identification.
Accuracy, and what is not an offer
We keep these pages current and we write them carefully, but a hotel changes faster than its website. Opening hours move with the season, menus are rewritten weekly, rooms are taken out for maintenance and the weekly programme thins out in the shoulder weeks. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, a guarantee of availability or a contract. A reservation exists only once we have confirmed it to you in writing, by email or by telephone, and the terms of that confirmation govern the stay.
Intellectual property
The text, the layout, the stylesheet, the drawn graphics and the name Kaiserhof Alpen Casino Hotel belong to the hotel. You are welcome to read the site, print a page for your own use and link to it from anywhere. You may not republish the text, copy the design wholesale, or use the name or marks to suggest a connection with us that does not exist. Quoting a sentence or two with a link back is fine and needs no permission.
Links that leave this site
We link to three independent support organisations on the Responsible Gaming page, and occasionally elsewhere to something useful. Those sites are run by other people, under their own terms and their own privacy policies, and we have no control over what they publish or how they change. A link is not an endorsement of everything behind it, and it does not make us responsible for their content.
Conduct at the property
Inside the building, house rules apply alongside these terms. In short: identification at the casino door every visit, no entry for anyone under 18 to the Adlersaal, no credit and no cash machine on the casino floor, no photographs of other guests, phones away at the tables, and ski boots left in the ski room. Staff may refuse service, ask a guest to leave the floor, or end a stay where someone is aggressive, visibly intoxicated, cheating, or putting other guests or our team at risk. The quiet rules in the Felsenbad are enforced as firmly as the ones on the casino floor.
Availability of the site
We would like these pages to be reachable at every hour, and most of the time they are. We do not promise it. Hosting fails, certificates expire, maintenance happens and a mountain internet connection has its own opinions. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice, and we are not liable for a visit you could not make because a page would not load.
Liability
Everything here is offered as it is, with no warranty beyond the one the law insists on. So far as the law permits, indirect and consequential losses are excluded: a journey that fell through, time spent, an opportunity missed. What no clause of ours touches, because no clause lawfully could, is liability for death or injury caused by negligence, liability for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be signed away.
Governing law
The law of the country where the hotel is established governs this page, and its courts hear any dispute arising from it. A consumer living somewhere else keeps, on top of that, every protection their own country's mandatory law gives them.
